  • To provide you with a quote for the repair work
  • To schedule and confirm the repair appointment
  • To follow up after the repair to confirm your satisfaction
  • To contact you in connection with your 2-year workmanship guarantee
  • To maintain a record of work completed at your property

We will never use your information for unsolicited marketing, and we will never sell, rent, trade or share your personal information with any third party for their own commercial purposes.

  • Active repair records — retained for the duration of your 2-year workmanship guarantee period from the date of repair
  • WhatsApp conversations — retained for a reasonable period to support any guarantee claims or disputes
  • Enquiries that did not proceed to a repair — deleted or anonymised within 6 months of the last communication

Once your information is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
